2. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with product size and quantity. Our 99% products delivery charges is 150/- Rupees Only.
3. Are there any hidden charges?
No, when you make a purchase on WOWShop.PK. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges.
4. Is Shipping Included in The Prices?
If the product's name includes 'free shipping', then you will not need to pay for shipping cost. Not every product has free shipping, and it also varies from product to product.
For products without ‘free shipping’ you need to put the desired product in your shopping cart, and then click to the check out page. Then you can find shipping charges. Or call us.
5: Delivery Time:
Total delivery time is split into two parts.
(i). Processing time 1-2 business days normally: The time from when your order is received to when we gather up all the items, user address and mobile phone verification, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items.
(ii). Shipping time 1-3 business days: This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination.
6: Out Of Stock/Split Shipping:
If an item is not in stock, when the order is placed, processing will not begin until it has arrived. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped separately, and items in stock will be sent first. Then when the others are in stock they will be sent separately to you.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/whatsApp/SMS from us. In this message, there is the tracking information for your packages, as well as the website where you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Account.
8. Reason of Delivery Delay:
1: Product out of stock.
2: Incorrect address
3: Remote Area
4: Bad Weather
5: Political disruptions
6: Other unforeseen circumstances
If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via mobile phone/email/SMS/WhatsAPP to inform you about the delay.
9. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, as once it is shipped we cannot change the address.
10: Shipping to your Doorstep:
Currently we are working with Leopards Courier Services. This courier company provides shipment to all over Pakistan except Remote Areas. (Remote Area - In that case, Customers are responsible for self collection from Courier Office (if customer agrees)).
11. How Do I Cancel An Order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel, as once it is shipped we cannot change the cancel your order.
12. My Order Status Is Showing Back Order?
It means some products in your order are out of stock at the moment, and you need to wait for stock. If your order’s status is back order it will most likely be split shipped.

As of now, WOWShop.PK doesn't deliver items internationally.
